Any fictionpress users or who has checked out fictionpress irritated with it?
God, I hate there essay section. First, why is there so many stories there defending cutting? Also half of fictionpress pretends to be literate, but is illiterate or can’t make any sense at all. I look through the archives, both biography, and essay and can’t stand it. I think some stories would be good, but the more I read, the more I am discouraged. Anyone disgusted at fictionpress’s users and what they choose to archive?
Oh, and why wouldn’t the staff fucking reply to any e-mails?
Oh, yeah, and I wish they had a philosophical fiction section, but unfortunately, they don’t.
staff not replying to emails?. that goes for lots of sights... hahaha!. hotmail being a classic example. i have never used fiction press, but sometimes read storries on fan fiction.net. will have to check this website out, do you have your own stories?
Yes, I do, it’s my web link. It’s fanfiction.net’s sister site, and over there they don’t do anything either. Arr!
Um ... you can't really complain about fiction press's users, because those people uploads whatever they want. It's a site for people to upload their writings and share it with the world and to let people know what their writing is like. So it's not going to be professional writing .... It's basically just like fan fiction. I think it's just the same people running it, two sites, that's all. And I've emailed the staff before, they've replied. so yeah
You are write perhaps about content wise, but how about quality. Why can’t fictionpress at least have a spell check thing either correcting spelling mistakes or rejecting things that doesn’t look literate, but looks like a bunch of letters printed on a file. I mean half of the things I’ve read I’d have to cringe at or called it some kind of plagerism.
That’s lucky, how the hell did you get them to reply. We sent in reports and other things about different issues, and we have never gotten a reply. We believe there is a technical problem so several members has sent in reports to support and none has gotten replies.

I love fp personally. And as for e-mail replies, I can't even find the contact link... maybe I didn't look hard enough
Yeah, I like that site too, but I am just angry at the members and the site owners. A few of us are, though I haven’t really said anything before. Ha, I love those Problem with fictionpress essays where they rant about what they think is wrong.
The e-mail link is below the add blocker but above privacy and it is labeled “support” but if you have JAWS and your settings is set similar to my settings JAWS might say “Send mail link Support,” you can choose to report a story from the story actions. That thing says “report Abuse.”
